DEREK CAMPBELL
With over a decade of experience in the real estate investment field, Derek has worked with clients through just about every scenario. As the CEO of Flash Realty Solutions, Derek uses this experience to lead a team of experts dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to each of our clients.
When he’s not working hard for his clients, Derek loves trying new foods and exploring different cuisines, always on the lookout for the next great restaurant. Derek also enjoys spending time in his yard, tending to his garden and taking care of his home. He finds working in the yard to be a great way to unwind and clear his mind.

WILLIAM BETANCOURT

SAM MARSHALL
Sam is a 4th generation Houstonian, and is captivated by Houston: it’s history, how far it’s come, and where it’s heading. For nearly 100 years, Houston real estate has played an integral part in his family since his great-grandfather started Marshall Construction in the late 1920’s, which is still family run today.
A profession in real estate is something Sam knew he wanted to do from the moment he got his diploma from Baylor University. He even got his real estate license while still enrolled there, and once graduated, promptly started for one of the largest investment real estate brokerages in Texas. Over his three year tenure there, he was directly involved with almost 100 real estate transactions (mostly off-market), both buying and selling investment grade properties.
Now, at Flash Realty Solutions, his mission is to bridge the gap between the investment and retail worlds, providing fast results for Seller’s all over the greater Houston area, no matter the circumstance. If he gets the pleasure to work for you, he will show utmost integrity, composure, and service in all aspects of the transaction. It is stressful selling your home.
